I love this property, it dies need some modernization, IE Windows are old and drafty, Garrison lane needs replaced not just patchy work, some landscaping would be nice. Thank you

Could be better

Loved it at first But my place is so outdated my carpet is from the 90's and my dishwasher. Not insulated, so my bill is always high.

not enough mainenance personel. hard to get things done . inspection repair suggestions are ignored. not like it used to be.
